This came during his meeting with a group of heroes of the special band and breakfast with them, as he blessed them the victories achieved by the heroes of the special band in many battles and who made sacrifices in the mountains of Makhoul, Tikrit, Fallujah and others after uniting efforts with the federal army and police forces and the fight against terrorism and popular mobilization Peshmerga and clans in achieving these victories.
He pointed out that none of the leaders of the world dreamed that victory would be achieved at such a speed.
Dr. Al-Abbadi added that the dispersion led to the entry of the Dahesh and our unity led to victories and liberation of the land, indicating that there was great cohesion between the citizen and his security forces thanks to the fatwa of Jihad Al-Kafi for Sayyid Ali al-Sistani.
"We are determined to protect citizens, to hold accountable and prosecute organized crime, kidnapping and others, and to provide security and freedom of opinion to citizens," he said.
He said that he will soon raise the flag of victory and move to reconstruction, construction and stability after Iraq became a cemetery for the past and ended their dream of expansion.
