British PM: we will take military action to destroy ISIS in Iraq, Syria

British PM Theresa May said, after London terror attacks that killed seven people, that their country must take a military action to destroy ISIS in Iraq and Syria. She also urged taking action at Britain itself to deprive the extremists of their safe spaces online, Reuters reported Sunday.

In a statement, May stated that their country fell victim to a brutal terrorist attack once again on Saturday night.

The PM said "First, while the recent attacks are not connected by common networks, they are connected in one important sense. They are bound together by the single evil ideology of extremism that preaches hatred, sows division and promotes sectarianism. It is an ideology that claims our western values of freedom, democracy and human rights are incompatible with the religion of Islam. It is an ideology that is a perversion of Islam and a perversion of the truth."

Her comments came after the third terror attack on the UK in three months. A car and knife attack on Westminster in March left five people dead, while a bomb attack at a concert in Manchester two weeks ago killed 22.
