4 booby-trapped vehicles, 3 motorcycles destroyed in Mosul Police

Security forces destroyed four booby-trapped cars and three motorcycles affiliated to ISIS terrorist group in al Zanjili district in the right bank of Mosul city in Nineveh governroate, Iraqi Federal Police Forces (FPF) commander Gen. Raed Shakir Jawdat said on Saturday.

In press statements, Jawdat added that the terrorist group described yesterday as "ominous Friday for foreigners" after more than 75 ISIS foreigners were killed in clashes with Iraqi forces in Mosul city.

Iraqi Forces launched a major offensive on 19th of February to retake the western part of Mosul after declaring total control of the eastern part of the city on 24th of January as part of the military operations to liberate the city that started on 17th of October 2016.
