According to the Oil Ministry, on Thursday, that the average Iraqi crude exports stood at 3.262 million barrels per day during the month of May, while revenues amounted to more than 4 billion and 633 million dollars

According to the Information Office of the Ministry published today statement (June 1, 2017), the exporting of crude oil for the month of May volumes rose, as increased revenue earned them compared to last April according to preliminary statistics for the Oil Marketing Company "SOMO".

The statement added that the amount of crude oil exports reached more than 101 134 586 barrels, with revenues of more than 4 billion and 663 million dollars (four billion, six hundred and sixty-three million dollars).

According to a spokesman for the Oil Ministry, Assem Jihad, the total exported quantities of crude oil for the month of May from the oil fields in central and southern Iraq amounted to 100 000 455 thousand barrels while total exports from Kirkuk in the north, 679 thousand and 580 barrels

He explained that the daily average of exports amounted to 3.262 million barrels and the average price per barrel of $ 46.108
