Port of Safwan announces the volume of its revenues for the month of May

The director of the port of the port of Safwan, announced Thursday that the volume of revenues of the port of customs for the month of May, exceeded more than 17 billion dinars.

"The revenues of the customs in the center of the port of Safwan reached a peak last May, where it was estimated at (17072663000) seventeen billion seven hundred and twenty-six million and sixty-three thousand dinars," said the director of the port of Safwan border crossing Abbas Kazem in a statement received by the Journal News.

He added that "this comes as a result of working accurately in the implementation of customs tariff system and efforts of the administration of the customs, despite the incapacity of the port and the poor services inside."
