"The Minister of Oil, Jabbar Ali al-Allaibi, instructed the concerned parties to form specialized committees, including departments (legal, technical, administrative, investment) to develop a roadmap for the privatization of the distribution sector in stages, according to the laws and regulations in force," said Asim Jihad, a spokesman for the ministry. "He said.
