A member of the parliamentary committee of economy and investment, Najeeba Najib, stressed in an interview with Al-Mada that the issue of inflation in the state apparatus is one of the most delicate and very important issues that put pressure on the public budget. The measure came in accordance with the recommendations of the International Monetary Fund. The latter has an agreement with the Iraqi government to carry out monetary and economic reform.

Najib affirms that all specialists in economic affairs have come to agree on the existence of a functional increase, which made the citizen prefer to go to the public sector not to activate the private sector, but now there is a tendency in the government to encourage citizens to go to the private sector,

which will not be without granting the pension To the workers in the private sector, pointing out: the existence of a draft law in this regard exists with the government and the State Consultative Council, has not yet reached the parliament, so we call on the government to expedite the sending of this project to legislate to be an encouraging factor to direct people to work in the private sector, The main reason The five-year leave for employees with a nominal salary includes a text encouraging the citizen to transfer his service to the private sector, namely, activating retirement in the private sector.

This is certainly one of the most important solutions to get rid of the slack in the Governmental state, in addition to the need not to be appointed later in the public office on the basis of nepotism and nepotism.

The inflation of the state apparatus, its slackness and its low effectiveness, according to some, indicate that political decision-makers do not have an integrated development vision for the country. They are qualified to create employment opportunities for the unemployed. They are therefore resorting to the easy way to employ the workforce by appointing them in the state apparatus.
