The financial adviser to the prime minister confirmed the appearance of Mohammed Saleh on Tuesday that the work program launched by Iraq with the World Bank will organize the work of the "labor market" in the country, pointing out that Iraq suffers from poor organization of work.

Saleh said in a statement to «Journal News» that "Iraq was affected by the direction of the economic environment of economic globalization, and the global market is not only a service, but a productive market," noting that "the influx of foreign workers at random any exit engineer or doctor abroad and the alternative of Bangladeshi labor with unskilled labor is hurting the national economy. "

He added that Iraq is suffering from poor organization of work and efforts in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs to organize the social security strategy, ie guarantee the rights of the worker in terms of retirement and minimum wages and higher health insurance.

He pointed out that "the social security strategy began in 2015 and ends in 2018 and in cooperation with the World Bank to regulate the labor market in Iraq." He added that "the organization of the labor market needs several laws and instructions for social security, which is realized in the labor market, social security and wages."
"The strategy includes issuing legal legislation, regulations and organizing training courses for the labor and social affairs department," he said.
