The Cabinet Secretariat: no involvement in editing the Tal Afar and no agreements with the Americans

The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers confirmed Saturday, the lack of any outside interference in military operations for editing spend Tal Afar in Nineveh province, as well as the lack of any military agreements with the Americans.
