ABADI: BAGHDAD URGED 3 COUNTRIES TO SEND ECONOMIC ADVISORS TO IRAQ

Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said*on Tuesday that Baghdad had urged Germany, France and Italy to send economic advisors to Iraq.

In his weekly press conference, Abadi said that this comes within the Iraqi government keenness to enhance the Iraqi economy in the upcoming period.

Iraq is witnessing a deteriorating economic situation in the past period after the war against ISIS as well as domestic disputes between various politicians and parties and also corruption and sectarian and armed militias spreading in the country.
