Sources in the oil sector, Iraq's exports of fuel oil increased since January 2017 despite lower crude oil production in line with OPEC's agreement to cut production.
This may be a way to enhance the production of duplicate material and keep the oil revenues.
Oil research data showed that Iraq promulgated between 80 and 160 000 tonnes of fuel oil in 2016.
But the quantities sold to Asia jumped this year, Iraqi oil exports exceeded 500 000 tonnes in March only according to Reuters data.
She had five sources in the sector that Iraq treat more oil in its refineries and turned it into a fuel oil for export.
