Australia announces $ 110 million for Iraq over three years

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Australia announced Wednesday that it will provide A $ 110 million in aid over the next three years to Iraq.

"This aid will contribute to humanitarian relief, stability in Iraq and the war against the terrorist organization," Australian Foreign Minister Julie Bishop said in a statement.

"This aid will increase the total humanitarian assistance provided by Australia to Iraq and Syria to over A $ 530 million since 2014," the statement said. Finished 2
