Federal Police release 260 thousand civilians in the old city of Mosul

Federal police command announced Tuesday, about 260 thousand civilians in the old city in Mosul, indicating that these auxiliaries "ISIS" as human shields.

Federal Police Chief Raed Jawdat Shakir group in a statement that "our forces managed to free 260 thousand civilians and 4500 family custody of ISIS in the ancient city of Mosul", stating that "these ISIS was using them as human shields."

Cevdet said that "federal police forces managed to restart the waterworks, electricity and sanitation, and contributed to the opening of police stations and health clinics and schools in the liberated areas."
