Parliamentary Finance keen to give a wider opportunity for the private sector for its contribution to the reconstruction of the liberated areas

The head of the Parliamentary Finance Committee Mohammed Halbusi on Tuesday that the budget can not secure the reconstruction of the liberated areas under the shadow of the financial crisis taking place in the country's funds.

He said Halbusi in a press statement that the liberated provinces need to rehabilitate completely since hitting terrorism all joints of life must be for the international community for the reconstruction of Iraq in general," adding that the state budget for the current situation is not able to provide the required these provinces, we pass an economic crisis

He noted that, oil prices despite rising slightly, but it will not enable the state to fulfill its obligations stressing the need not to "rely on a single rent economy."

He added that the international community and donor countries need assurances from the Iraqi state for non-return of terrorism , the state is the guarantor and the guarantor to provide security and stability and not the return of terrorism and to reach a historic compromise able to heal the wounds of the past and put aside their differences and unite towards the restoration of hope for the citizen
