Smeisim explained, that "there's blurry vision that poor governance in intellectual made her be oscillating between the reforms the Government had to with competent international bodies such as the International Monetary Fund and inflexible because besides the traditional governance of banking", noting that "there is no firm policy towards the subject of credit, there is an absence of an important issue is the absence of guarantee deposit file.
