The delegation of Kurdistan region arrived in Baghdad on Wednesday to discuss relations between the two sides and the situation in Kirkuk.

A source from the news that a delegation from the Kurdistan region arrived today the capital Baghdad from Erbil, indicating that the delegation included the secretary of the Kurdistan Democratic Party Fadhil Mirani and a member of the Political Bureau of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan Adnan Mufti and President of the Office of the Presidency of the region Fuad Hussein.

The source added that the delegation is scheduled to meet with President Fuad Masum, Prime Minister Haider Abadi and head of the National Alliance Ammar al-Hakim, pointing out that the delegation is scheduled to discuss relations between the two sides and the situation in Kirkuk.

The Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) said on Monday that a Kurdish delegation comprising the Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) and the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) would visit Baghdad on Wednesday to discuss the referendum issue.
