The statement added that based on what was approved by the House of Representatives and in accordance with the provisions of subsection (I) of Article (61) and item (iii) of Article 73 of the Constitution, infallible also ratified the law, "the Fourth Amendment to the Law of the Journalists' Syndicate No. (178) of 1969 amended for the year 2017 "
