Trade Minister Salman jumaili Agency, Thursday, the Iraqi delegation to the Arab economic and Social Council meetings held in Cairo.

The statement said the Ministry received notification/balance of news/copy, that "Iraq participated in meetings 99 regular session of the economic and Social Council, held in Cairo from 14 to 16 this month, the Iraqi delegation headed by Commerce Secretary Salman jumaili".

Jumaili said, according to the statement, that "the Arab economic and Social Council meeting in Cairo to discuss general security and file a report to the economic and Social Council of the League at summit level in the regular session, as well as follow the social sector activity and follow African Arabic Summit resolutions at its fourth session and follow up the implementation of the Declaration of the Arabic Summit Mukesh to South American and Arabic States."

He added that "the Conference also discussed free trade zone Arabic and alkmarki Union developments and investments in Arabic countries as well as the knowledge economy in the Arabic States draft green belts and create quality Arabic unions mechanism."

Noting that "Iraq shares a delegation representing the ministries of trade and employment and Social Affairs and the national investment and has a working paper to be discussed with other Arab countries in order to reach positive results serve Arab economic action and encourage Arabic investments and economic partnership".

Jumaili said that "Iraq needs the participation of all siblings and friends to enter the Iraqi market and we'll try to put this need through bilateral meetings with Arab Ministers attending the Conference or through the move to the private sector in those States to establish genuine partnerships with the private sector to participate in the reconstruction and rehabilitation in all provinces of the country."
