Oil prices rose on Thursday, supported by an unexpected fall in gasoline stocks in the United States , despite the oversupply of crude means that fuel markets are still under pressure.

And increased global London Brent crude 50 cents to $ 55.62 a barrel by 1130 GMT , while US crude also rose 50 cents to $ 52.84 a barrel.

The decline in gasoline stocks indicates that US consumption was stronger than expected and may be well enough to support prices when it becomes fuel stocks in most markets is very good.
