Parliamentary Economy: Commercial Agencies Law will pass next legislative separation

Member of the Committee suggested the economy and investment parliamentary Nora Albjara, legislation commercial agencies law during the next legislative term of the Council of Representatives.

Albjara said in a press statement, "We have in the Commercial Agencies Law, which gives the power to traders Iraqis to take the agencies that had been taken from the secondary companies, and not the parent companies," adding, "this law will be the Iraqi dealer that takes the public agency in Iraq, the parent company for the introduction of goods to Iraq".

She added, as "we have a census that has been working in the law, but there is a political sort of problem hindering approval, as a problem of the disputed areas, and control Daesh on some areas and lack of return of displaced persons and political differences existing problem, the county with the government and ambitions in some areas that have been edited."

The member of the committee to "This law even if it has read it will face many obstacles and will not proceed with this period for these reasons, as well as fit on a major political coca," pointing out that "the existing law, the committee was an adjustment after he sent to the Ministry of Planning and returned to the government".

She continued, "The Commercial Agencies Law will be enacted in the new legislative term."
