Conference (detachable KRG) for the presence of Iraq Zalmay Khalilzad and Iraqi politicians

Began in the city of Dohuk on Thursday, the Conference is the first of its kind, as it looks at the opportunities and challenges of the separation of the Kurdistan region of Iraq, with the participation of local and foreign dignitaries, organized by the American University of Dohuk province, and lasts for two days.
He said the security adviser to the Kurdistan region, and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the American University of Dohuk, Barzani, at the opening of the conference, said that "the independence of the region will put an end to the crises plaguing Iraq," as he put it.
For his part, the Second Deputy Secretary-General of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan, Barham Salih, said that "the era of enslavement Kurds ended, and that the changes taking place in the region substantially," according to his opinion.
The former US ambassador to Iraq, Zalmay Khalilzad, said in a speech delivered by the conference, "The Kurds deserve independence and to have their own independent state, but because of internal problems and some regional circumstances cause of independence did not reach that stage that awaits most of the Kurds and praying for her."
The Vice President Osama Najafi, former MP Adel Abdul-Mahdi, and diplomats and researchers Omirkeyen from other countries, the French former minister, along with politicians Iranians and Iraqi Kurds and Arabs are participating in the conference.
