"

The source, who asked not to be named, said: "The Council voted during its meeting, a response the bill in principle and your first amendment to the law of amnesty," noting that "the Council voted on the illegal Iraq's accession to the International Convention for the Prevention of Pollution in the Ships, 1973 , and the law Cancel dissolved Revolutionary command Council resolution No. 180 for the year 1977 ".
