Shawki said in a statement/balance of news copy, that "the House has no right to object to the decision of the Federal Court for the return of the Vice President, the fact that the Court's decisions are binding on the three presidencies.

He added that "the Prime Minister will ask Parliament to send the draft amendment to the law on deputies to the President of the Republic in accordance with the Constitution", pointing out that "through this law can develop only one Vice President and thus avoid irregularities."


Committee member, noted that "there is a need for a Vice President to exercise the powers in the absence of the President and can reduce the customizations if you choose only one Deputy."
