US Defense Secretary to visit Turkey today to emphasize the sovereignty of Iraq

US Secretary of Defense Ashton Carter said he "will emphasize the need to respect the sovereignty of Iraq" during his visit on Friday to Turkey , which has entered into a dispute with Iraq over who should take part in the restoration of the city of Mosul from Daesh campaign .
And he refused to Carter , who acknowledged the sensitivity of the matter to disclose whether he thought he should be allowed to Turkey to take part in operations in Iraq
