Makes sense. Basra is the GATEWAY TO THE NEW SILK ROAD the world bank has an office there the entire area is a 24/7 money making machine and with the port of Faw coming on line with container ships and the oil platforms. They will lead Iraq out of the crisis LOL To me this is the key to the entire country and when the WORLD BANK gets this BASRA thing cranked up well its time to go to the bank. They have a special license private security european/ American health and dental. It is a self contained country within a country. I have studied and researched Basra for 3 years and its the engine that will drive Iraq
