Sumo: foreign tankers smuggling oil from ports to Kurdistan

The Iraqi oil marketing company incorporated [Sumo] three carriers involved in shipping crude oil from Kurdistan blacklisted thus increasing pressure on the territory at a time of tense talks on the sharing of oil revenues.
