    President of a coalition called the state law , Nuri al - Maliki, on Friday, members of the House of Representatives to appeal against a general amnesty , which was voted on yesterday by law, and as he emphasized that he passed a different format for the formula endorsed by the "political consensus", he pointed to the existence of "mysterious circumstances" surrounding the last hours that preceded the vote on the law.

    I do believe the UN and the team of 21 investigators just might over ride his suggestion and ole Mindat better watch out he might be in their sights also
