Shammari: parliament failed to pass a general amnesty law was the result of political blackmail

The president of the parliamentary bloc, the National Coalition for Reform Kadhim al-Shammari said the House of Representatives failed to pass a general amnesty law Minutes earlier was the result of political blackmail practiced by some political parties.

He said Shammari said the amnesty law is one of the political agreement laws have passed more than a year and a half since the government sent him and has great significance in the national reconciliation, noting that the Legal Committee of Parliament has made great efforts to mature the law and out compatible format with the Constitution and national interests and the closure of most of the loopholes that allow the exit of the hands are stained with the blood of Iraqis and at the same time contribute to the largest possible number of people who could be reintegrated into society inclusion.
