Baghdad and Washington agree on the activation of the strategic framework agreement

Baghdad and Washington have agreed on the activation of the strategic framework agreement signed between the two end of the year 2008. This came during a meeting with Foreign Minister Hoshyar Zebari, the U.S. ambassador to Iraq, James Jeffrey.
