Jihad: tomorrow export first shipment of liquid gas to world markets

The oil Ministry announced the completion of preparations for exporting the first shipment of liquid gas Saturday across the southern port of Um Qasr, Iraq .

Ministry spokesman Assem Jihad said in a statement sent to/news/scales ", the amount that will be loaded aboard the tanker worth (2000) tons of compressed liquid gas ".

Jihad said that "it comes under the perfect investment for associated gas to oil operations and the Ministry plans to expand the national production of this wealth, in order to ensure financial revenues federal Treasury supply along with crude oil and condensate, noting that the move represents an important breakthrough in log Iraq to world markets in this sector after having made significant progress in terms of projects which yielded liquid gas production rate rise openly to (5000) tons a day. ".

Jihad noted that "it is economically important oil event, it comes under the security and economic challenges facing our dear country who plans to be a gas producing and exporting countries in the region." .
