Oil continued to rise in Asian trading Monday, after the fall of the dollar helped dip fears about the possibility of Britain's withdrawal from the European Union in support of crude oil.

The price of Brent crude for August delivery $ 1.06 to $ 50.23 a barrel by 11:17 pm Baghdad time after rising at the close on Friday of $ 1.98 or 4.2 percent to $ 49.17.


The price of US crude July delivery of $ 0.84 to $ 49.45.
