| (Voice of Iraq) - Baghdad , the White House said, the appointment of a new ambassador in Iraq , replacing the current ambassador Stuart Jones. According to a statement posted on the White House Web site that he has set officially Douglas Silliman new ambassador in Iraq , replacing the current ambassador Stuart Jones , who ended his duties. He was the US Congress passed in June 2014 unanimously install Stuart Jones to be on top of the US embassy in Iraq. the statement added that Silliman will be ambassador Extraordinary with absolute powers of the United States of America
