Parliamentary department and the information department confirmed the lack of a quorum for the meeting held by members of parliament from the protesters, headed by Adnan al-Janabi is complete.

A source in the parliamentary circle that "the lack of quorum in the session and the exact number of constituencies by 131 deputies and is not, as rumored 171 deputies."
