Parliamentary legislation calls for a law to prevent the importation of goods manufactured locally

Member Services Committee confirmed the parliamentary deputy for the Union of Forces Ashwaq al-Jubouri, the need for the House of Representatives legislation a law prohibiting the importation of goods manufactured locally.
Jubouri said, "We encourage the legislation law prevents the import of goods manufactured locally, as we have many plants spread across the country, as factories leather and paper industry, fertilizers and phosphates and other sectors." She added, "We encourage manufacturers materials locally, laboratories, we are with the support of the country's economy and to activate the Ministry of Industry plants," she said, "is supposed to the Ministry of Industry to have advance plan for how the rehabilitation of all plant as many of the plants have been put on the investment." She continued, "When the imposition of the economic embargo on Iraq for nearly 11 years, the country was able to overcome the period across the salt production," asserting that "the opportunity for the government to invest psychological readiness among citizens for the acquisition of goods and the national product." She said, "Iraqis have high flexibility to adapt themselves to the situation, and everyone sees how they came out of the challenges they maintained flexibility".
It was the Presidency of the Council of Representatives member Hamoudi, confirmed last Sunday that "Parliament will be held accountable government institutions that do not support the national product through the passage of a law to do so.
