Parliamentary service: Iraq did not possess the ability to establish a national telecommunication companies

The head of the Parliamentary Committee of services and reconstruction Nazem Saadi, Saturday, that Iraq does not have adequate capacity to establish sound national companies for mobile phones, in referring to the printed circuit board shipment taxes back to the State Treasury of great benefit .

Saidi said that "taxes imposed on printed circuit board freight at 20% will enter into the State Treasury and are among the things that were used by lower oil prices," he said, adding that "these taxes do not fall within the corporate mobile phones ".

He cannot close these companies outsourced by national upheavals due to that Iraq does not have adequate capacity to run giant corporations that contain vulnerabilities.

He noted that "the lack of cadres in the Ministry of communications with high expertise to initiate national companies in Iraq ".
