Cabinet agrees to amend the draft budget the sender to the House of Representatives Law



(Independent) ... the Council of Ministers agreed to amend paragraphs of the draft federal budget for 2016 Law sent to the House of Representatives, and while pointing to the need to amend the draft Property Claims Commission Act by Parliament.

The Prime Minister's Office said in a statement received (Independent) said Tuesday that "the Council of Ministers approved in its meeting held on Tuesday to amend the paragraphs of the draft federal budget for fiscal year 2016 Act."

He added that "the Council of Ministers stressed during the meeting the need of the Iraqi Council of Representatives legislation first amendment to the draft Property Claims No. Authority Law (13) of 2010, which was already approved by the Council of Ministers in its resolution No. (16) for the year 2014 in line with the reform plans and directions of the Iraqi government Limbering in administrative and anti-corruption."

The statement pointed out that "the Council of Ministers decided to refer the Director-General of the Department of protection and improvement of the environment in the southern region Taha Yassin Mohammed to retire according to his request."

The Council of Ministers approved in the previous financial budget for the next time in 2016, B113 trillion Iraqi dinars and a deficit of 30 trillion dinars. (End)
