Abadi: committed to transfer to governorates and tawari wary of intervention by State institutions, professional




Prime Minister Haidar Al-Abbadi's commitment to transfer powers to the provinces in accordance with the Constitution and law and Government program.

Abbadi stressed the "need to be there is harmony between the Council and the Governor for their complementary and interchange will affect the status of the province" at the same time warned that "interference with the professional aspects of State institutions and the work should be to improve performance"
