Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi renewed its commitment to the transfer of powers to the provinces in accordance with the Constitution and the law and government program, called Abadi presided over the province of Babylon, where he arrived this morning, the ninth meeting of the Supreme Commission for coordination between the provinces, Ebadi called for cooperation between the provinces and speed up lagging ministries and the transfer of powers to the provinces.


The head of the government's commitment to the transfer of powers to the provinces in accordance with the Constitution and the law and government program, noting that some provinces did not comply with what has been agreed upon in the upper body coordination between the provinces that its decisions are binding and that it will be rejected by the Accounting.


He said al-Abadi said there are problems emerged affect the state and the conditions of some provinces, slides, including those related to health institutions and intervention by the addition to overtaking by some provinces their share of electricity adversely affect the rest of the provinces and the injustice to the citizens of these provinces as well as the issue of water and overtaking on the water quotas where we should be in a fair distribution.


Abadi and called for cooperation between the provinces and ministries lagging accelerate the transfer of powers to the provinces, stressing the necessity of activating the role of the provincial councils and not to disrupt the work because of political differences adversely affect the work, as the actors councils where the best services.
