It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives Iraqi approved Iraqi-British agreement, and the agreement includes emphasis on the importance of cooperation between the two governments in the training of naval forces and the development of colleges and military academies and the protection of Iraqi territorial waters and oil platforms as requested by the Iraqi government.
