Urgent: Abadi sues al-Jubouri for not deducting the percentage approved by the Council of Ministers



Raising the prime minister Haider al-Abadi, a lawsuit against House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri to give Parliament the last full salaries without deduction of 30% approved by the Council of Ministers three months ago.

A source in the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in a press statement, said that 'the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said the parliament's decision to re-allocations Qlsa Council of Ministers, legal and constitutional violation."

The source continued that 'Abadi, the oldest, those on the back of the offense, to consult with the President of the Legal Department of the Council of Ministers Abbas al-Saadi, and commanded him to bring legal proceedings against Salim al to restore the funds granted to the staff of Parliament in accordance with the previous provisions.'

The Council of Representatives staff allocations amounting to about two million dinars, which was reduced by 30%, according to the first so-called reforms issued by Abadi, against the backdrop of protests that swept the country's cities package.

He indicated that these provisions have been withheld in full accordance with the new salary scale, passed by the Cabinet last week.
