Federal Court to decide the unconstitutionality of pensions for Ambassadors

Twilight News / Federal Supreme Court decided on Monday to the terms of the unconstitutionality of a Unified Retirement Law No. 9 of 2014 for salary pension ambassadors, and stressed that the legislation was contrary to the text of the Constitution.

He added that "the Court has decided that the constitutionality of item (vi) of Article 35 of the Uniform Code of retirement No. 9 for the year 2014".
