He explained MP Abdul-Khaliq al-Samarrai's (IMN) "We are towards the fastest enactment of strategic laws such as oil and gas law, the National Guard, as well as other laws that concern Iraq politically, militarily and economically, and there is a will mass for a wide adoption of those laws."
He noted a member of the National Alliance MP Tawfiq al-Kaabi's (IMN) that "there is a set of laws have an impact on the political situation, and there are laws affecting the security situation as the National Guard Law, the House of Representatives is heading to approval within the mechanism basketball one."
For his part, member of the Kurdistan Islamic Union MP Adel Nouri's (IMN) that "there are problems between the various political Ketal on important laws, so we are trying to solve interoperability within the frameworks."
The House of Representatives has failed to reach a political consensus to pass a package of important laws, including the National Guard and the Federal Court, oil and gas.
