The president of the State of Law bloc in parliament Ali al-Adeeb pass the National Guard, as the current law that will establish the outbreak of civil war in Iraq through the formation of a multi-conservatives or the armies of the provincial councils in the presence of national or sectarian conflict in the country.
He noted writer through his statement to Radio tow to reject members of the National Alliance and who make up the majority in the House of Representatives to pass this law unless put under the command of the National Guard and the disposal of the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces Haider al-Abadi and make it a complement to the Iraqi army.
