A meeting between al-Jaafari and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan and the Azerbaijani decision to open an embassy in Baghdad

He said al-Jaafari: that there is a lot of common denominators that unite Iraq and Azerbaijan, noting that: Iraq is open to establish relations with all countries of the world according to common interests and face common dangers.

We look at the world as much as it is against terrorism, and to support Iraq in its war against Daash gangs terrorist, and expressed Iraq's desire to visits between the two countries, the exchange, and the opening of Azerbaijan's embassy in Baghdad, Ambassador resident" .

Jaafari also urged the Azerbaijani side to be his country's participation in helping Iraq, saying: "We look forward to Azerbaijani effectiveness of the security level with Iraq; because terrorism has become a global threat, and elements Daash came from more than 100 countries."
