ingredients

2 scoops of your favorite protein powder
2 tbls of plain greek yogurt
2 tbls of dark chocolate cocoa
a splash of vanilla extract
add vanilla almond milk - i use the sugar free

almond milk use as much as you like to get the consistency of pudding
be careful not to add too much that will make it to thin so use your own
judgement on that i have never measured that part sorry...

Then mix all together...
You can also put whipped cream on top...

You are getting depending on the protein you use a protein packed meal
mine is about 75 grams of protein...
