Arab League today announced the appointment of 31 diplomats from nine Arab countries in the General Secretariat of the League as part of the reform and development process that you make.
The Secretary-General of the League Nabil Elaraby in a speech to diplomats, the new university is keen to inject new blood of young Arab diplomatic staffing structure of the Secretariat.
