Foreign Affairs parliamentary: the Arab summit postponed second time may lead to is not in session in Baghdad


Warned a member of the parliamentary Foreign Relations Committee, John Emad Yakou the risk of postponement of the Arab Summit to be held in Baghdad in early March.
