Demonstrations in Karbala support Abadi and demanding the resignation of Mahmoud

Karbala, hundreds demonstrated in the city of Karbala, on Friday, in front of the governorate building in support of the package of reforms launched by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, as demanded the application of those measures and not "influenced by partisan pressures", called to dismiss the head of the Supreme Judicial Council Mahdt Mahmood. The correspondent said in the city of Karbala, said the demonstration was launched this evening in the courtyard of the popular uprising center of Karbala in support of a package of reforms launched by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, asking him to apply those measures boldly more without being influenced by the pressures of party. He reporter , the protesters headed then towards the government complex, carrying banners calling to the solution of local councils and change some conservatives, as well as invitations to hold accountable corrupt and speed up open files that tainted by suspicion. The correspondent pointed out that "the demonstrators demanded the sacking and the dimensions of Medhat al-Mahmoud for the presidency of the Supreme Judicial Council, calling for the reform of the judicial system and had to be eliminate others who had not been contaminated hands of corruption. The reporter (long-Presse) in Karbala, had said on Friday (7th of August 2015), that a number of demonstrators threw governorate building Baknana empty stone water, and among the Local police closed the building to preserve the property, he stressed that the demonstrators trying to storm the building. The organizing committee for the demonstrations in Karbala announced, on Friday, rejected the continuation of officials "corrupt" in state institutions, and while the government called the "multiplication of iron" on spoilers, confirmed its support President of the Government to combat financial and administrative corruption and the declaration of the names of hampering reform. The protests affected many provinces as a result of widespread corruption and deterioration of electricity, and the continuation of the worsening energy crisis without a radical solution, despite promises "dumped optimism", launched by several senior government officials in this matter, led by former Prime Minister, Nuri al-Maliki, and Vice President for Energy, Hussain al-Shahristani, as well as ministers of all electricity in the previous governments.
