Council of Ministers stressed that its decision to reduce allocations higher grades and staff of the three presidencies will be applied in the month of August....The Council stressed during its regular, which was held today under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi said the Ministry of Finance and financial units in these institutions full commitment to reduce allocations by the decision and otherwise bear the legal responsibility for violating the binding resolution, as the Council said that the decision falls within the powers of the Council of Ministers by Constitution and the law and does not need a legislative intervention.
The Council of Ministers decided to cancel the decision No. 437 issued by the Council of Ministers on 08.19.2014 the former and for adding special provisions to the nominal salary of the prime minister and the prime minister and his deputies, as well as canceled checks issued by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers on 06.30.2015 to activate the decision earlier. The Council of Ministers decided to form an investigative committee on the issue of controls mentioned by the Secretariat despite the refusal by Prime Minister Dr. Haider al-Abadi.
The Cabinet approved the authorization of the Prime Minister the power to issue instructions for the resolution No. 282 for the year 2015.

The Council of Ministers discussed the Turkish bombardment on Iraqi territory and considered it a serious escalation and an assault on Iraqi sovereignty, and stressed Iraq's commitment not to allow any attack on Turkey from Iraqi territory, and called on Turkey to respect good neighborly relationship between the two countries and non-escalation and resort to mutual understanding between the two neighboring countries in solving the problem, Council of Ministers also called on Turkey to promote water releases in the Tigris and Euphrates signed by prior agreements and understandings between the two countries.

The Iraqi government confirmed its commitment to protect oil facilities operating in Iraq and to provide the appropriate conditions for Kiemhaboamalha without interference or disabled.
The Council renewed exert maximum effort to protect workers in the oil facilities and ensure the continuation of its work.

The Council discussed a number of issues on its agenda and took the necessary decisions, and that announced by the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers at a later time.
