How to get back into chat room since update on 9/19/2014

Many people are having issues getting back into chat after the system update on 9/19/14
Our dear member Tbob has found the issue and it deals mostly with DNS propagation.

    Tablet-Phone users
If you were able to get into chat prior to update the simplest thing to do is flush your DNS by switching your device into Airplane Mode waiting 10 seconds and then turning it back off. This should flush the DNS. If you still are having issues, power down or reset the device. It is not likely, but you may also have to update your operating system if it is not up to date ( we have not as yet run into this issue )

    Windows users
There are two most likely problems that a re preventing logging into chat. The simplest and first issue is to flush your DNS. This is done by Windows 7 and earlier clicking start and typing CMD, this will open a command prompt. You will see a line of code that will start c:\\ and give other folders type ipconfig /flushdns (make sure there is a space between The letter g and /). At this point after you are able to type again type exit. This will kill the command prompt. You should at this time try logging on to chat.

If you are still unable to login to chat you probably need to update JAVA. Click here https://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp to download the latest version if Java. Be forewarned java will ask you to install toolbars and search engines, you can prevent this by un checking the box that ask if you want to install these plugins. Restart you computer after the installation has completed and verified itself to be latest version. At this point you should login to chat.

Please take the time to let your computer finish the process before trying to go to the next step, which usually causes problems that are very difficult to fix. Also if these steps helped you, let Tbob know by typing "Thx Tslob"
